Booked a camper with these guys at the start of the year, for early June.
On return of camper, business appears to be in administration (website links no longer active and limited response), as owner has passed away, we are still waiting for confirmation if/when deposit still owed to us will be returned.
Shame, as camper was as promised, with everything we needed and easy to setup. No issues except written instructions hard to follow (diagrams etc would have been awesome) Darren was also friendly and very helpful.
This Brey camper was prepaid for before pickup and this is when customer service ended.
Misinformation and a design fault with camper meant that our tray back Nissan Patrol creased the stone guard whenever we turned sharply. The supplier was aware of this problem but neglected to inform us knowing that he could use our $600 to replace it. $500 of our bond was used to supposedly replace the stone guard, no receipt was sent to show that this actually happened and it took repeated requests to get the remaining $100 put back into our account.
The camper was very difficult to pop up, the annex instructions were inadequate and so set up was time consuming, as was taking it down.The hot water did not work so no showers in the very shoddy and cheap shower tent.
