This McCormick & Schmick's franchise on Chestnut and N. Wabash is excellent quality. Wait service was very welcoming and professional; decor is quiet, elegant, and nice to sit by the windows and people-watch. The food was very good for the most part. We started off with appetizers of the lump crab tower (mostly crab lump meat garnished with a fresh mango and corn salsa) which was succulent and sweet; tuna "Coast-to-Coast" (comprising of two preparations of tuna, one a tartare, the other delectable chunks of seared tuna with a slice of jalapeno) which was outstanding; and Oysters Rockefeller (too much Hollandaise sauce which covered up the brininess of the oysters), which was a bit of a miss. I followed this with a Lake Superior whitefish, encrusted with pretzel crumbs and it was delicately-flavored, with the pretzel coating (very like a panko) providing a nice crunchy counter to the soft mild-flavored flesh. Overall, a very nice choice and meal.
