I had my proposal (P&N) in May 14th at LondonHouse. I proposed to love of my life and It was such a unique stunning event at LH. Manny, the plan coordinator went above and beyond to make this day more special. He’s such an awesome guy. Everything was perfect and on point. The decor set up was great, exactly the way I wanted. LH is very signature of chicago where you have magnificent view of lake, river as well as amazing architecture of Chicago. I reserved the rooftop with Cupola to propose my girl, and should I enjoyed every second of it at LondonHouse. We never forget this special day at London House. Highly recommend. Manny is the best!

Great location to walk to many sites including Millennium Park, Art Institute, the Loop and the Magnificent Mile. Table service breakfast was included with our stay due to status. Rooftop bar was fine.

The moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Arturo checked us in and was so kind. We stayed for a few nights and every time we came back in we were welcomed with a genuine smile. The breakfasts at Land and Lake were great and dinner at Ocean Prime was one of the most memorable. We were unable to get to the rooftop due to our schedule. We did get a couples massage which was so relaxing and much needed after all the walking around the city:) We plan on coming back every year for our anniversaries. The location is awesome; cross the street to the river walk, walk to Navy Pier, Michigan Ave, House of Blues, etc. We were checked out by NIcole who was again so professional and kind. Thank you Londonhouse!!

The view from the room/bathroom was mind-blowing . The room is spacious and the bed very comfy. Great service . Within a stone's throw from almost everything . The rooftop deserves a stop though the menu of food and drinks is nothing special

Checked in on a Saturday and was overwhelmed by the amount of people in the lobby. It’s a popular place for the rooftop bar. After Saturday, the hotel was pleasant. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful. The area in front of the hotel is very busy and always seems to have cars parked in front of the hotel which makes it difficult to catch a cab. Cell reception in front of the hotel is not very good so use your phone in the hotel before stepping out to get directions. We found the L metro system to be the best way to get around and it’s not very far from the hotel. We had the standard room with two beds and switched to the upgraded room with two beds. If more than 2 people in your room, I highly recommend the larger upgraded room.
Room tip: Saturdays at this hotel are busy. Use the L train to get around the city. Use your cell to get a cab or directions before stepping out .

My fiancé and I recently got engaged at the London House Cupola and it was a dream come true. The cupola architecture combined with breathtaking views of Chicago made for an unbelievable experience. London House Cupola coordinator Manny Aganon worked with me to tailor the experience by securing musicians to perform during the proposal as well as an A+ photographer. The proposal also included a rose petal entry to the Cupola and a bottle of champagne to celebrate afterwards. Manny coordinated between all parties involved and built out the itinerary down to the minute to ensure a seamless proposal. After the proposal we were able to celebrate with our friends in the beautiful London House rooftop bar. I could not have asked for a better proposal and highly recommend this experience for someone looking for an unforgettable Chicago proposal.
