I went to Hyatt Regency Chicago weeks ago. Overall was good. I checked in on line and get mobile key, That's was nice and easy to directly to room. but I went with friend and need more key card. There are not have counter service or reception to help get more new key card. You have to wait at checkin line, By the time was busy and have been waited so long time.
My family and i had a great time here in Chicago. The hotel was decent. Great view, friendly staff, good breakfast but a little pricey.
Just a walk away from a beautiful fountain, river boat tours right down the street, and the Navy Pier is like a 20-30 minute walk from the Hotel.
It’s not clean whatsoever. I had 3 different rooms. I can’t even believe it’s a 4-star hotel. Honestly, I’ve stayed at better motels than this. They say they’re only doing housekeeping every FOUR days and it shows. A week later still no response from corporate.
The Hyatt Regency is not a new hotel and the rooms probably haven't been updated in a while, but for attending a convention at the hotel it was fine. The room and hotel was clean and in good working order. The hotel was responsive for requests for towels and toiletries. Like most hotels at this point, you can't count on daily housekeeping services.
I rented a handicap room and did not receive one. The room was filthy, hair in the bathtub, dust an inch thick on the fire alarm. Clearly not cleaning extra for Covid. I will never stay here again. And for over $300 for one night I am extremely embarrassed at the quality And cleanliness of our room.
