Picture: an exhausted mother, holding a sick, tired, crying one year old, on the verge of tears. That was me, until they worked their magic and got us a very nice corner-view room. My almost-tears turned into a sigh of relief. So thankful, and had a beautiful stay!

A very nice place to stay. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located everything was in walking distance. Will most definitely go back.

We were pleasantly surprised at the location and beauty of the hotel. We stayed at a Hilton in St. Louis for the same price, but it did not compare! The room was up to date, roomy, and had two bathrooms! Loved our stay!

The hotel is great in terms of location as it is convenient to walk around and sightsee many places in the downtown area. However, the hotel does not offer complimentary wifi as a guest of the hotel unless you sign up to be a Hilton Honors member. I found that odd and annoying considering the cost of staying in the hotel. I also had a dirty towel that was left on the counter when I checked into my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Alright so this hotel is in a great location, it’s old and rustic and overall was cool to stay at. However the customer service was lacking, beds were very uncomfortable, AC in rooms did not work well, water pressure was not great and rooms r small. We asked for housekeeping to come and grab our towels (including a dirty one we found in the closet), we were told thst they did not do same day housekeeping requests and it had to be made the day before. Keep in mind I asked at 11:38am. At the front desk I tried to make pool reservations but the agent would not call and said we had to call. Also any number on Google or on the website never worked to get to anyone live, we kept getting an automated service which would not connect us. Can’t stress enough how hard the beds were, pool was also crowded despite making a reservation. Overall it’s a nice hotel but I would stay somewhere else next time
