We were late coming into town and missed our dinner reservation. We were staying at the Hilton and decided to eat here at the last minute. Very small place with seating for 30-40 people at most. The sushi was made fresh and right in front of us on the sushi bar.
i had the sakatini to start which was light and very refreshing. Good enough that i ordered a 2nd later in the meal.
For dinner, we had SHRIMP TOGARASHI which was a butterflied shrimp with this sweet spicy sauce that i would to buy a bottle of.
we also had tuna tuna salmon sushi that was just as good. It just tastes better when you watch them make it.
We finished with a California King Crab roll. This was a typical style roll. Not bad, but focus your efforts on the menu to chef's special section. Those are the superior choices.
