The staff was awesome and the rooms were comfy, nice and functional! It definitely had more of a “college” feel with smaller beds and not as many amenities as usual. We got the same room as the couple we were staying with and they got a single king bed and we got a queen bed with two twin bunks above. Odd but it worked for us. The lobby has AMAZING food (The brunch mimosas were a little strong but the donuts were to die for). We only stayed on a Friday night. We were bummed that the slot car track was closed while it was supposed to be free play during happy hour. The game room was awesome and the community kitchen was HUGE! We never made it to the Janitors Closet bar but, it’s so well hidden that until I saw “directions” on how to find it in another review, my boyfriend and brother-in-law didn’t even believe me that there was a bar downstairs. (p.s. it’s behind the first employees only door on your right when you walk downstairs). Also, the train passes OFTEN. It didn’t necessarily wake me up but if it was inches away from my window so if you are a light sleeper, maybe request a room on the other side.

This place is great. They had everything that one would need for a great night's stay. The costumer service amazing. Check in was a breeze and the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. They even had parking available, but if not there's a Spot Hero lot for very cheap right next door.

The lobby had a great vibe, full food service and bar. The decor was very cool, everywhere you look there is something that grabs your eye.

The room was nice and cozy too. Very clean, very comfortable. The bed was very nice. We had a great night sleep. It's next to the CTA tracks, but we didn't hear anything. In the morning we hit up Dropshot for coffee and breakfast. The food was really good. I recommend eating there to start your day off.

It's in a great location. Just steps from so many great places in downtown Chicago. We walked around at last night and didn't have to go far to find some good restaurants and bars.

We decided on this accommodation on the spot when arriving in Chicago and we are very happy we did. The room was big and very nicely decorated, had all amenities we needed. There is a bar/cafe right when you enter the building, which was nice to have fresh coffee in the morning. If you go there, check out the basement too, as they have game rooms and the whole building is sports-focused. Also, a very good place for digital nomads to work from.
