This was a nice hotel I love going here I would very much recommend it nice comfortable suites with a lot of space one of my favorite hotels in the city nice pool nice rooms they have a beautiful balcony with couches and tables and chair were you can have lunch after a swim or something
My boyfriend and our friends all had a lovely night in the double queen 1 bedroom corner suite. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating and space. My only problem was the pool was not open when we went to use it. I booked this place specifically because it’s hot outside and that’s where we spent most of our time. I called ahead of time, a few times even, just to make sure the pool would be open and without reservation. I told them we wouldn’t be swimming until after 8pm and they said that was fine, as the pool is open 6am-10pm. When we went, as soon as we got inside we were followed in by a security guard who immediately told us all to leave because the pool was “closing early.” He said it would be open again in the morning. We really wanted to go swimming so we were there around 6:30am and there were multiple paper signs all over the door reading “pool closed until further notice.”
It’s not the hugest deal in the world but still pretty disappointing.
Be aware, this hotel is adjacent to a very busy fire station. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool is very small (for families looking for a pool for their kids). Rooms are clean, and the suites are very spacious!

Thank you for your feedback! We are nestled in urban downtown Chicago and next to one of our heroic CFD stations. On warm days, they may have their doors open and if you ask nicely, they may show you and your family around their fire engines. With being close to them, you may hear some of their sirens throughout the stay. Our front desk offers ear plugs if the city noise is too much.
Currently, our pool is running at a max occupancy of only 40 persons at a time to follow the City of Chicago's pandemic guidelines. Normally, the pool area can accommodate up to 75 persons.

Great location. I requested a room higher up and they accommodated this without a problem. I miss the normal hot breakfast - maybe offer more options but understandable since we are still in a pandemic. I would return !

Thank you for your feedback! We too miss our delicious hot breakfast as well. As more days pass we are getting one step closer to having it return. For now we try to have as much as we can to help provide a substantial breakfast for our guests. We hope to see you back with us in the future!
The room was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier. The kids loved every minute of being at the hotel. My son made numerous calls to front desk with questions about everything( he's 12). They were always nice and even had answers for him lol. Overall we had a super great experience in Chicago and everybody at your hotel helped make it enjoyable. Thank you and we are already planning our next trip to go back
