The Hampton inn magnificent mile I reserve
with the amenities of free breakfast , 20$ parking , I was charged 66$ a night for parking , no free breakfast, customer service from parking was Horrible. I asked for clean towels and blankets during day hours and never received any. One employee male with bleach blonde hair and chains was so rude and dismissive. I wasted I know it’s COVID times but your other Hampton location in Chicago offered the 20$ Parking , free breakfast etc. I ended up switching to that location. So the inconvenience to switch to that other Hampton and the 2 horrible days and nights with bad customer service by most employees , And extra cost of the 66$ 2 nights. No discount for my being a veteran. I’d like my 2 night stay and parking refunded because for many reasons you did not meet the 100% guarantee plus me going through the process to have to leave and go somewhere else. This is the only way I’d ever go back to a Hampton:Hilton location or recommend it to anyone. My address is 2220 hoot owl ct Raleigh Nc 27603. I wasn’t told by customer service i would get it back in refund or 2 day certificates for future stays- plus parking refund or passes for parking - . If I do. I hope you do respond in action and do what I was told you would. - I drove all the way from Nc with my family for a family emergency only yo find out I chose the worst place and had to pay for it.
