Came here on a. Business trip, had job interviews and didn’t have hot water in my room the entire time, yes I let the front desk know as soon as I found out. When I first checked in I was given a “free room upgrade” which was still added and they refused to take off of my bill. Everyone oarks crazy in their lot and I had to double park by 1 foot and because I didn’t come back out to fix my car when the other cars moved when I had to sleep because I had a 13 hours car ride ahead of me they threatened to tow my vehicle. Couldn’t shower for my job interviews properly because of the cold water, and they way over Charged me for my room.

When we first arrived the front desk worker was rude to us because the door was open and it was suppose to be locked and she didn’t know how we got in, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that the room was very clean, the other workers were very nice, and the location is in a great spot for a low price.

Friendly staff they Work fast clean hotel food is good neighborhood was nice the price is right great workout room bed was comfortable TV was great the cleaning staff was great and nice room was great I’ll give it an A+
