As I was evacuating Irma my motorhome blew the engine and I am having an extended stay due to getting it replaced.
I picked this hotel for price and being pet friendly.
This hotels price is excellent for what they provide! All the staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I have had everything I need for my and my pets comfort.
I highly recommend this establishment!

Awful...will never stay again. I've stayed at a motel 6 before and almost 100% of the time leave good reviews even for older and out of date places. This however was really bad. Why would you rent a room with a dirty looking shower floor, a peeling toilet seat, trash under bed, and disgusting carpet? The room had cigarette holes in curtains. We got in room around 1am and just wanted sleep. The smoke detector starts going off around 3:30 am for no reason. Every minute you heard a beep like battery was gonna die. We ignored it we were so tired. At 5 am I got up and said let's get out of this trash hole. The smoke detector was wired didn't even have batteries. Horrible experience and I still can't get over a peeling toilet seat.
I am heartbroken to hear that you had a bad stay with us. Our goal at Motel 6 Valdosta University is to be one of the best motels in the area. I will address all the issues you raised and will guarantee they will be made better when you choose us again.

this is not like any motel 6 i have stay at before. room was clean but that was it. no iron,hair dyer, nothing but a bed and tv. that was all. had made a reservation on our return trip but canceled. when to austin's steakhouse had a good time and the food was great.

I am disappointed to learn about your stay. Our Motel 6 is committed to the brand image of being one of the most affordable motels out there. Because of that, we don't offer many of the amenities in the rooms but do have them available by request in the Lobby Office.

The room was ok. I was in the back on the bottom floor and people's kids ran up and down the walkway way into the night. Many of the outlets did not work. There was lots of rust on the shower head. Price goes up every time I stay here. In three months it's gone from 46.00 to 69.00
nice area lots things to do and plenty of food places and stores right at your hand the staff is very nice and helpful thank you so much oh yeah the price was very good thank you for being there at all times there was someone there all the time very helpful.
