I had the shrimp and grits - awesome! Husband had fish tacos - also awesome. Good service sitting out on patio. Great Marc margarita! We stop in Valdosta every year goi g down to FL. Will be making Salty Snapper our regular stop!

We went for brunch and the food was excellent and Very delicious. The staff was attentive, Always had your drink glasses filled and they went above and beyond for us. We had a party of about 10 and everything was exactly is ordered and perfect I highly recommend The Salty Snapper.

I asked the wait staff what her favorite was and she mentioned the special looked really good. So I ordered the special Blackend Brazilian Wahoo (fish). Absolutely hands down delicious! Perfect 10! Cooked to perfection along with the veggies. I’m not sure if I was supposed to get bread or a salad but nothing else was served. I had to ask for silverware when it came. No one came around all evening to see if everything was ok or not (I was sitting at the bar). I ordered a bottle of the most expensive Chardonnay to go with it prior to the food ordered. The bartender was very nice, but he opened the bottle, put it in a bucket and then I was left to pour every glass including the first glass by myself. Call me old fashioned but if the server or bartender pours my wine I tip on the full bottle of wine. The bartender did finally check in to see if I wanted anything else and if it was good about . He was very nice, but disappointed he did not serve the wine nor check to ensure everything was ok. Live music was great, too! I would go back again for the food, but will expect min for service follow up

Wow! Definitely the best atmosphere and service I’ve had in a long time! The food was fabulous and plentiful for the price! We came here for brunch and the omelette was huge and very tasty! The French toast breakfast was amazing and delicious! A definite must in Valdosta!

First visit and it was awesome—entertainment, several bar areas (indoor &outdoor) AND great food and service. We sat at the bar on the inside and both had a Margarita, garlic sauce shrimp with corn on the cob and a salad AND key lime pie! Our bartender/server was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Wish we could go back but we live too far. You will love this place.
