Had a great stay here for two nights and Jasmine at the front desk is super nice and helped with everything! Highly recommend!

Review of Holiday Inn Valdosta Conference Center

Hotel was OK. Problem with elevators that should have been told to us when we checked in. Several people at front desk, but no mention of this, although they were clearly having issues.
When we returned from dinner there was an elevator repair man riding with passengers in the elevator.
That kind of problem should be told to guests, we don't know if someone got stuck or what the problem was. It took a long time to for the elevator to come so we knew something wasn't right.
Our room was OK. I needed another pillow and none of the ones in the closet had cases. I had to call down for one.

While it is nice that you were happy with your room, I am sorry for the concern you had with our elevator. There are no operational issues, but a few of our guests have stated that they had a problem with the control panel. To remedy that, and out of an abundance of caution, we have put a staff member in place to ensure guest safety. If your travels lead you back to the area, I hope you will give us a chance to provide you with an even better experience.

Ended up staying here after attempt to stay at #1-rated hotel failed. Had a great experience. Check-in was easy; after driving all day, much appreciated. Room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The morning breakfast was very good. This hotel needs to be rated better.

The breakfast is fresh every morning. The rooms are so clean, its like the cleaning staff puts in 400 hours of cleaning time a week! I really enjoy staying here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Prefect location for anywhere in V-town.

Check in easy Clean had everything I needed. Food was good go down early. Staff nice pillows and sheets were like new.
Parking easy lobby clean hallways clean
Lots of desk space just over night didn’t see a pool Love the hooks in room for jackets or anything
Room tip: Go early for breakfast

Great place, great staff at the front desk. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was great, clean and bed was very comfortable.
Received a 10% off coupon from the front desk staff for the Texas Roadhouse just a block away. (It was below average for Texas Roadhouse).
Great lace and would recommend staying here!
