Hairs in the bed, snot on the tables, very dirty room. Cleaning lady knocked on the door at 7:30 AM to see if we wanted the room clean. We were trying to sleep. Complained to staff and manager but they did not help. Right next to busy highway. I would not recommend based on lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff and they overcharged me for my room.

Drury Inns never fail

Highly recommend. Drury Inns never fail. They are always clean and offer a great value with the evening meal and hot breakfast. The complimentary popcorn and sodas are also appreciated! However, they charge extra if you're traveling with a pet.

Rajah was the front desk clerk that checked us in. She was so friendly and very customer oriented. This was the second time we stayed at a Drury Hotel. We love the fact that people with fur babies are just as welcome as us human. It was also nice seeing all of them entering and enjoying their visit :-).

Lovely experience, friendly, quiet. Restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was good plenty of variety. The staff was all friendly. We got there after food and drinks but could easily go to Olive garden across the parking lot. Hotel was very busy, parking lot was full, but you wouldn't have known it once you were inside

Room tip: The pillows are a little too stiff and thick for me but would be great for people who prefer that

Lots of dogs on leashes. I didn’t have a problem with anything, although I have allergies, especially cats. I don’t like sleeping in a room where the dog was probably in the bed the night before however.. I had a room on a high floor that was quiet away from the elevator. I paid extra for this so that the dogs and cats could have my usual choice. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. Everything considered. I would stay there again. The hotel industry is making A lot of extra money off of Fido and fluffy. I’m sure housekeeping doesn’t get paid extra whether there is a pet or not… it’s all about the money. Airline industry, same way do you want to be comfortable no problem just take out a couple rows of seats and everybody would be happy. Give everybody a little bit of room.

We stayed at this hotel, again, on our way back to Florida. It has been and still is one of our favorite Drury Hotels. Even though the location is right off I-75, we did not hear traffic. The only 2 queen rooms available was a suite. It was like a room at an Embassy Suites with the extra room at the front when you walk in with a couch, tv, desk. Then the middle had the fridge and microwave in the hall and bathroom with the bedroom at the back. This worked great for us! The beds were still quite comfortable. The kick-back and breakfast were very crowded this time as there was some conference going on. But everyone was helpful and friendly.
