Reserved a delux king room 6 months in advance ,when we arrived was given a handicap room, not what I reserved, was not given a chance to have the room i reserved, all staff said was it was how is with booking .com . That is not true . My reservation specifically says delux king with a tub ,not handicap accessible, I was so angry. After driving 20 hours was in no mood to argue. Staff was just not helpful at all
Due to past experiences, we always try to find a Drurys if possible. Friendly staff, clean facilities, complimentary dinner, drinks and breakfast. Our only complaint is we wish there were more locations available along our travel routes.
Very good hotel with high quality care. Food is generally above average, yet a good deal. In the middle of remodeling and looking more impressive. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was very quiet, clean as a whistle, and comfortable. I love staying here whenever I travel .
This was my first stay at a Drury Hotel. Very clean and comfy room. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast and the Kick Back at night is enough for dinner!! All the staff was so friendly. Would definitely stay again when traveling from Florida to all points north!
Exceptionally pleasant staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the managers made the effort.the manager helped remove dishes in the breakfast area. It’s a good sign of a good manager when they jump in as needed.the meals were hardy enough for my husband and light enough for me.
