This hotel had a few problems that needed to be addressed. The first problem was that there was mold around the shower stall. The second problem was the tile had separated from the wall by the shower and there was toilet paper stuffed into the wall. It was rather a unique choice of insultation. Room was okay but left a little to be desired.
Although it was a pleasure to serve you, I am sorry for the cleanliness issues in your shower and for the tile separation you noticed in your bathroom. We will fix both of those problems quickly, and I hope you will give us another chance to impress you in the future.

We stay here when we just want a little time out of the house. Front desk is always SO friendly. Breakfast slaps. Room always smells so fresh and clean. The rooms are very quiet and comfy! No notes. No crumbs. Slay!

Seriously, the front desk guy, Chris, DENIED our SERVICE DOG entrance to the breakfast area in a rude & very humiliating way. We ate on a couch in the lobby. Our room had a hole in the wall for GOD KNOWS WHAT. Stuffed underwear in it. The was NO SOAP or sundries of any type & when I asked for some, front desk lady, Tashara, acted like I was trying to SCAM HER out of the basic toiletries. AND THE KICKER, the toilet kept clogging & couldn't flush. NO. Never. Again.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beds were great, bathroom a little small, fresh cookies at front desk were wonderful. Our frig was a little broken and the toilet seat was loose. Close by to a selection of restaurants and great location. Near a mall as well
