We stay here when we just want a little time out of the house. Front desk is always SO friendly. Breakfast slaps. Room always smells so fresh and clean. The rooms are very quiet and comfy! No notes. No crumbs. Slay!

We decided to try a stay since this location was fully renovated.
We were cheerfully greeted by Ashley R.
Ashley, accommodated us beautifully!
She is an excellent multitasker too. (She courteously & thoroughly attended everyones needs (via phone, lobby walk ins, including us too)!
Ashley is a lovely forefront for your Corporation (you are blessed to have her)!
The rooms were nicely cared for too.
Thank you for placing Ashley at the forefront of guest services at the Macon, Ga. location. She' s a definite asset & made our stay very pleasant.

Seriously, the front desk guy, Chris, DENIED our SERVICE DOG entrance to the breakfast area in a rude & very humiliating way. We ate on a couch in the lobby. Our room had a hole in the wall for GOD KNOWS WHAT. Stuffed underwear in it. The was NO SOAP or sundries of any type & when I asked for some, front desk lady, Tashara, acted like I was trying to SCAM HER out of the basic toiletries. AND THE KICKER, the toilet kept clogging & couldn't flush. NO. Never. Again.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beds were great, bathroom a little small, fresh cookies at front desk were wonderful. Our frig was a little broken and the toilet seat was loose. Close by to a selection of restaurants and great location. Near a mall as well
Room tip: On third floor. ran out of butter. Buffet was ok nothing special

We were given room 406 and checked in and someone was already checked into our room. We were then put in 206. Noisy. Near the road. A beetle of some sort flew at my husband. The next room there was loud arguing. No compensation for booking us into the room where someone was already there. We were running late so I called to let them know.
Breakfast was ok. Yoplait now uses bioengineered ingredients.
The shower was very clean. Happy we brought our own products as Choice uses products made in China.

I was shocked at how clean this place was, especially for a pet friendly hotel. The room did not smell of pets at all. It had flooring rather than carpet, which probably helps to not hold odors or hair. Beautiful place, kind and friendly staff, the breakfast was better than average, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. Our cat was happy too. We would definitely stay again.
