The room was clean. The noise from the guest above our room was unacceptable. Started at around 9pm and lasted until midnight, extremely noisy, rude guest coupled with poor between floor insulation. Suggest if you do stay there get a top floor room as no rude guest can disrupt your rest.

I stay here every time I visit Valdosta for work. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are modern, and the beds are very comfortable. Lastly, they serve the some of best hotel coffee I’ve had and they provide reall half & half, which makes a difference in my eyes.

Highly recommend this place. Customer service is awesome and the lady cleaning the rooms was awesome also the lady that cleans the floors and bathrooms Christine was fabulous. Kamaryn at the desk was also great.

Our room was nice and very clean, however, they really should look into new mattresses. Ours had a big dip in the center of the right side, which made it uncomfortable and somewhat dangerous to sleep on. Also, as a wheelchair user in an accessible room, I felt they went overboard with unnecessary furniture (extra tables) that just got in my way. The location was great and the property was nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Plenty of tables in the lobby and breakfast was fine. The pool and fitness center were also very clean. Would have given a better rating if the mattress hadn't been so old and worn.
