My daughter and I stayed one night on our way home to Florida. Beautiful new hotel. We got in late and had to leave but I wouldn’t mind staying there longer. Really nice outdoor pool area. Had a great nights sleep, we needed it! Excellent choice, very clean and comfortable!

Upon arriving to our room we were greeted by staff members who looked like they hated their jobs. One was just plopped up on the couch like it was her house and no smiles or friendly greetings. When we got to our room, there was a small dog in the room
Directly across from us who barked and barked and barked. My husband was very upset as we booked the hotel for our travel down to Florida for vacation. We never get to vacation, and with 4 kids a little relaxing time is all we wanted. Hearing a dog bark at the wind was so annoying. When we asked the staff to move rooms, we were told they could not move us because the hotel was completely booked. No accommodations. Probably because the staff was too lazy to care. In the room, the bed had no fitted sheets to put on it. Once again, we called the front desk for sheets only to be told they don’t have fitted sheets and all they could give us was another flat sheet.
We got to the pool and got locked out of the back door. Of course when we got back to the desk after knocking and knocking for someone to let us in, they said “yeah, room 401 is locked out of the back door for some reason.” They failed to mention this to us. My husband did get an extra key but of course that key did not work either. Overall, it was just not a good experience and we probably won’t come back. I’m disappointed because it had great reviews.

The guest above was very loud and made a lot of noise. The attendant on duty was not helpful because the noise never stopped. The noise continued early the next morning and we complained again and the manager stated they were leaving. We were offered a smaller room from what we paid for which was not going to work. The manager stated since we booked through a third party no discount for our uncomfortable stay could be given. We endured the noise for over 9 hours with no help from the staff because they said they didn’t know which room it was coming from. The room above ours. But we were given no accommodations but to move into a smaller room from what we paid for.
I apologize for the noise that did not allow you to have a great stay, as well as for our team's inability to help resolve the situation. We will review what happened to make sure we fix those shortcomings, and I hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a very peaceful evening.

This Laquinta is less than two years old and looks great. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and we will stop here again.

We enjoyed a newer very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. They served a good full breakfast. Their were multiple nice restaurants near by. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We will definately stay there again.
