You get exactly what you expect from a Motel 6, which is exactly what I wanted. The staff spoke English, although with very thick accents, but were extremely friendly at check-in and -out. The beds are just wooden boxes with mattresses on top, but perfect for not allowing pets to hide underneath when you're trying to get them back into a pet kennel. They don't charge a pet fee, which is great and are very welcoming to pets. The towels are rough and scratchy, but you're not paying for the Ritz. Large selection of channels on cable, good flat screen and a working remote. Added bonuses: Maid forgot to stock toilet paper, and there was an odor, but it also has a mini fridge and a microwave.

All in all, it's what you'd expect, maybe a little better. I'd definitely stay there again as a stopover on the interstate.

It was o.k. Not looking for luxury-price was good. Room had odor a hint of old man's pee. That didn't really bother me becauseI have worked in skilled nursing facilities for years, and it isn't as disgusting as a room that has had smoker in it. 2 days later I noticed some bites on my ankle-consistent with photos of flea bites. Could have been from following night after this hotel, but I doubt it. This Motel allows pets, and it occurred to me that the smell in room was from animal, not human urine. Can't be sure where I got the bites but am suspicious in a motel room that allows pets.

No carpet. Bathroom was clean. No channel lineup for T.V. But that's o.k. Front desk people were pleasant.

I would stay there again if necessary. I wasn't bothered by 'road noise', fan in AC helps. I slept o.k. Very tired from avg. 27 MPH trip from Sarasota to run from Irma.

- rude owners, don't speak much English and don't listen to customers, just shout
- Plugs in the bathtub and in the sink broken so couldn't bathe our baby (had requested a room with a bath specifically so we could bathe her at the end of a long day on the road)
- Toilet dirty
- Towels probably older than me
- Plastic mattress protector, very noisy when you turn in bed
- Customer had parked his refrigerated truck right outside our room, engine came on intermittently and was very loud, owner didn't want to ask him to move his truck as he was a "regular customer", my husband had to insist a lot before he asked the driver to move his truck
- When we brought the issues to their attention they started shouting and said they didn't care about people like us, and they'd had complaints because my husband had smoked on the balcony bit outside of the room. No one said you couldn't smoke there (it was outdoors), there was no smoking sign and we saw another 3 guests doing the same out of their rooms.
All in all, not worth $80 at all, not even worth $5, stay well clear of this place, all the owners are interested in is your money...
