I would give zero stars if I could. I booked a room at this Home2Suites location in Valdosta GA as my family was traveling for my son's travel baseball team. Upon arrival I was told there was no record of my reservation even though I showed them my email confirmation. They continued to lie to my face saying there was no record, they tried to involve the police and waste local law enforcement official's time rather than attempting to find a solution or explanation. Their employees have no customer service skills, and were extremely rude. Front desk agent Glenda just kept waiving her hands in my face saying "you get what you give" over and over again rather than answering my question about why I don't have a room when I have a reservation. I called into the main Hilton reservation department to be told that my reservation was in fact cancelled by the location itself about an hour before my arrival to give it to another customer because they had overbooked. No notice of this cancellation was given to me either. They offered no compensation or resolution other than telling us to try another hotel in the area, when everything was booked. My family including young children then had to travel the 3 hours back home arriving around midnight (we had started the day at 4 am), and then wake up to see that they still charged my credit card for the night's fee.
