Front desk day lady who said her name was Brianna was excellent, extremely helpful, and also made sure to keep a conversation while checking me in will be coming back very soon, they also allowed my pet to come in for a cheap rate

A very poor substitute for a hotel room. Patched and painted 100 times all over the room. bare bones for lighting, streaky shades in the shower walls, very poor lighting in the room and one did not work at all and I had the front desk send a guy with a replacement bulb.
At least the internet worked.
Breakfast was a joke! Cereal and toast and coffee; that's it!.
Avoid this hotel any way you can.

Rooms are all redone and really nice! Bathrooms nice and clean,I am very fussy about the bathroom. Lobby bright and clean looking. The whole place is really nice and clean. Very quiet for sleeping also. Cereal,toast,yogurt,coffee,juice and milk for breakfast. Danish rolls and bagels also. We will be back when we travel through this area.

Dirty dirty Dirty! Stay here only if there is no other place to stay. I would've rather stayed in my car overnight. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Insects walked in freely. Some spent their last day in our room but no one discarded of their shells.

Horrible hotel/motel. They make you pay up front and no refunds if you want to leave early. The only surprise I had on this stay was I didnt see a roach. We stayed only because we had nowhere else to go from hurricane Irma. Extremely out dated and dirty. Everything is broken in one Sharpe or another. Beds hard as a rock. They don't give you enough towels. When you ask for more they dont have more to give you.

I'd like to start off by saying that I have stayed in some awful places and this is by far the worst. I booked 3 rooms for my family. Each one had a major problem. We did not stay the night because it was not safe. The staff refused a refund and did not even offer to fix the problems or put us in cleaner rooms. Problems in 3 rooms - mold, dusty everything, hard beds, hair on towels, old food in refrigerator, freezer had old food melted and refrozen, stains on sheets and furniture, microwave had inch of dust below it and was filthy, non-working phones, broken shower curtains, ACs broken or loud and rattling, ice maker outside was filthy, and broken TV remote.
Don't stay here unless you want to catch a respiratory infection or MRSA.
