Toilet, tv remote, ac/heater controls, all did NOT work. I was relocated to three different rooms and there was an issue in all three. Room 1 - toilet clogged, no plunger on site, staff retrieved plunger from neighbor hotel, reassigned to Room 2 - where the bathroom was not cleaned. Room 3 - ac/heater controls were taped off, therefore we couldn't control the temperature in the room (29-degree weather) and the tv remote didn't work either so we had to use the button on tv to turned the tv on/off. The telephones did not work throughout the hotel. The breakfast was prepackaged muffins, oatmeal & danishes, along with coffee and juice.

Family needed a place to stay for night got a better rate on trip advisor and was able to book online for them it was fareley easy and very accommodating and greatly appreciated would definitely recommend to others

Would NEVER stay here again! Our room looked nothing like the pics and was extremely dated. Huge chip in Formica sink and the room was very depressing. "Breakfast" was ridiculous selection of packaged crap and coffee was lousy. We
travel through Valdosta often on our way to the Mountains and the price for our usual hotel was very high so we looked for another place. I wish I had known how this place really was and I would have paid the higher cost. There was a bucket under the sink in the lobby bathroom which is totally unsanitary. Staff was nice and pleasant but room and building was horrible.
