We called in advance to reserve a room. When we got there, we saw a sign to ring buzzer. After 35 minutes of trying, he called and the guy came to the window, looking very angry, threw the room card at us and walked off. Outside were many young men hanging around at 2 a.m. I had to stay up and watch the UHaul and let my husband sleep. The bathroom was supposed to be handicapped and it had a seat, but the shower nozzle wouldn't go further than about 18 inches.

because of COVID- 19. Unfortunately, we can not tell our guest not to hang around the parking lot. Once again, I am sorry that
your experience did not meet your expectations.
Very nice stay, Staff Friendly at check inn wanted an up grade with a jacuzzi room was clean easy checkout will stay here again on our way back to Florida lots of restaurants and stores near by along with gas stations
Affordable, clean, and cozy. Very quiet. The staff was very respectable an the place is great very nice tv and bedding is fresh an it’s over all a great stay no bug no hassle ! If you really really looking for a great place to stay the Red Roof is right on time thanks for your great service we will be sure to be back travel in Red Roof style
We checked in and ended up needing a different room based on location of the room. They were quick to change the room and even upgraded us to a hot tub room. The room was clean and our stay was quiet. Room had a fridge and microwave as well. Near restaurants and a pharmacy in case you need to pick up something.
Very nice room ,clean and at a great price. Great location with very good restaurants in the immediate area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager help me get into the room and was friendly.
