This hotel was a big disappointment and certainly not up to what’s expected in a Hilton property. Furnishings very dated and dirty. Coffee tray had crumbs and dust. No cups for coffee.
We travel with a dog and he sure wanted to get under the bed after something but we couldn’t see if anything was there.

On a positive note, the staff was very personable, especially the young woman who was manning the bar/restaurant by herself.

This is a beautiful place that has a staff that is so kind. Was traveling back from Florida to home after Dad had suffered his second stroke. They were so sweet and kind to him when he could make his words work the way he wanted. The staff directed him to ice and elevators with such a kind spirit.

The rooms were delightfully clean and laid out. We stayed on a top floor and it was very quiet. The coffee was perfect in the morning for Dad. The breakfast room staff were so kind as well and filled my water bottle with ice and gave Daddy a banana with a smile.

Thank you for taking a very stressful trip home and making it so easy for us.

This was a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and nice. We had a minor problem with the A/C late at night. We called the front desk, and Amber was working. We told her the problem, and within about 20 minutes the maintenance man had the problem solved. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bring your pillow. The ones in our room were flat and couldn't be fluffed. If in the area, we will stay again.
