Great place to stay from the check-in to customer service I really enjoyed my stay. Stff recognized elite status and went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. Room was clean and spacious and the shower was one of the best which always makes my stays more enjoyable, You cant go wrong with Holiday Inn Express.

My family and I stayed here recently for a Florida State game. We had stayed at this property in the past so we decided to return for another visit. We had a great stay. We arrived on game day and because of the game time it would have made it awkward to checkin after the game. Instead we asked for an early check-in and was granted one with no problem.
When we arrived we were greeted with a nice welcome and a smile from the Manager Jordanne. Check-in was smooth and we were off to our room within minutes of our arrival. We were assigned to 325 which was right next to the elevator (per our preference.)
The room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to fix the pipe that leads to the shower head. I also suggest changing out the shower head as hard water deposits were building on it.
All in all it was a decent and comfortable one nights stay. Of course we will be back.

Arriving in Thomasville for an appointment, we checked in and learned using the website that indicated it was the HolidayInnExpress-Thomasville, we had gone through a 3rd-party and was charged an outrageous room charge for the room we received. In the tile floor was very dirty and the room and linens had been sprays with a strong deordorant that was overwhelming, plus the washcloths were badly stained. We went to check out and was told to again leave our email and a receipt would be emailed to us, but after a call a day later found they would not provide us an invoice but we would have to get through the 3rd party. The site is very disturbing to learn even though it says "HolidayInnExpress - Thomasville, Ga, Reservations,com, it is not the hotel itself. Beware if you make reservations on line with this hotel. This will be our only and last stay at this hotel

I was standing next to a nice couple. I had spoken with them in the parking lot and they seemed very nice. I, a white male, was immediately greeted. I had forgotten my ID in the truck and was told it would be ok. I asked to use the restroom and returned. The couple from outside was standing at the counter and the female asked to use the restroom. The manager told her she could not because she was not yet a guest. I heard her speaking to them about their reservation, so they had one, but she refused the price because of proper identification. When they ask if she would give them the discount if they had the information faxed she threatened to call the police. She told them full price or nothing. The women was visibly upset and holding back tears. When they left, she said the N word under her breath. Its like she wanted me to hear her. She went on to call a nearby hotel and told them to deny them a room and said they were hostile. They had been very calm and even said thank you when they left without a room. I am just mortified by this behavior. Its so sad that people still behave this ignorant. She in no way reflects the rest of the nice people I met in this great town. I did not check in. I will never support a business like this.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, Thomasville appeared nice from the outside however was overpriced for the room. There was a stain on the carpet right next to the bed. The tile in the bathroom and foyer/entry to the room was sticky. The carpet was patterned so you could not really tell if it was clean however one or two steps in white socks revealed the amount of dirt on the carpet.. Shoes went back on after a sock change. Paid for a room with a jetted tub but did not get one. The room was an $85.00 room not a $150.00 room. Will try someplace different when we go back.
Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
