Why are the doors left open?
Review of Rose Garden Inn & Suites

Went to check in and no one was at the desk so I waited 30 minutes. A young lady arrived to start her work day and checked me in. The room I was given had the door open and it was a cold and wet day and took over an hour to warm up inside. I intially went back to check in and requested a different room and was told it would be an additional fee to get a clean room???

We are sorry to hear of your negative experience at our Days Inn. Please call 404-946-3724 so we can investigate this matter. We never charge for changing rooms as we want all of our guests to be happy with their stay. Are you sure you stayed at this Days Inn in Thomasville? We are undergoing some renovations. However, the door should never be left open.

Check in was easy & the young woman on duty was very helpful. She signed me up for Wyndham rewards & explained it to me. The room was clean & the location was accessible to the highway & close to the restaurants. The Days Inn was lit up outside enough for us to feel safe, but not too light to disturb our sleep. Would stay there again.

The Bates hotel would have been an upgrade. After taking a 2 inch cockroach live to the front desk and sleeping in my clothes, I️ would rather stayed in my car. Also the mercenary pricing for this flea bag place was unconscionable in light of we were escaping a hurricane. Did I️ say I️ would never go there again? NOT IF YOU PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD!!! On a good not the poor girls that worked trying to make that crap hole clean were super nice. The owner’s wife?.....Not so much!

Staff was pleasant. Had several roaches in room. Was unable to open room door even with help of staff. Changed room for the rest of stay. Will not stay here again.
