Review of Rose Garden Inn & Suites

I stayed there due to hurricane Irma. First, on checkin they did not ask nor did they charge the correct card. 2nd, there was no maid service the second day and 3rd while other hotels suspended the pet fees due to evacuation, they charged for both pets. When I called on the phone, no one answered. They just let it ring.
