We're usually Hampton Inn regulars, but the group event that we were attending had chosen this Holiday Inn Express as the base for their activities, so we were fine to with the flow at stay with the rest of the group. Fortunately we were not disappointed. I see TA reviews on this property dating back to 2011, but it appears to much newer. That's a tribute to the management and employess who obviously take great pride in the upkeep of the rooms and facilities to insure positive experiences for their guests.

Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast buffet room were very friendly and I understand they were also very helpful to our event's hosts.

Breakfast was very good. Biscuits and sausage gravy with some hot sauce on top is like one of my biggest diet busting temptations and I just couldn't resist a small portion.

The hot water in the shower and bathroom sink could have been a bit warmer and the sound of footsteps in room above us could be heard through the ceiling, both minor things not worth complaining about for a short stay.

Moultrie is not large and a bit away from I-75, but I needed a place to stop for the night. This is located a little bit away from downtown, off of US-319.

Property is a typical HIE with pool, free breakfast (very filling) and comfy bed. Shower was weak but that’s typical.

It’s surrounded by fields so it’s peaceful. I paid in points, but the average rate is a bit high, probably because there aren’t many options around Moultrie.

My wife and I have stayed twice at this hotel now during the last few months (each time for an appointment meeting with out daughter). The first time, it was just us and the one daughter. the second time, it was us an ll 4 of our kids because the others had to come with us. Very friendly and helpful staff each time. We were able to get a last minute room upgrade on our last visit so we could have a bigger room to accommodate our family of 6. Clean hotel, clean rooms, quiet and peaceful (we did visit each of the two times during the week and not on a weekend because we were there for appointments). Breakfast was simple yet good and acceptable. They are not able to offer as many choices for breakfast at this time because of pandemic restrictions but what they had was fine. very good location. yes, we will stay here again and yes, we recommend this hotel to others.
