This morning I had experienced a payment issue with keyflip, and although keyflip was not much assistance in solving my issue, Milena was on top of the situation within 15 mintues of sending her an email!
Milena, was friendly and helpful. She did not have a problem helping me in such a frustrating time. It was very refreshing to find such great service.
Most times I dread contacting owners/companies through email because I believe it is not as efficient. Do you feel the same way? I did at first.. I wonder how long it would take to get a response or would it be difficult to get results.
I was then blown away with how easy it was to get in touch with her. I most definitely recommend her services.
Ps. Her beautiful cottage is affordable and the hot tub and pool included is a win win! I also recommend going in the summer, it is a private getaway from the hot weather in busy Toronto!
