Booked a 2 night stay at this hotel with hope to have a great Birthday weekend with my husband. It is summer here in Georgia and very hot was looking for a hotel with a pool and this one was in budget. Lady at desk was polite. We got our room key and brought our luggage to our floor. As we pull the sheets back we discover what looks like something wet on the sheet. And it looks kind sus wink wink. I took pict6 to show the front desk and we found shoe scuffs on the top comforter. I asked for replacement sheets and she tells us she can give us a new set but she can't leave the desk as she is the only employee there and has to man the station so I'd have to change them myself. I agreed that was fine , I didn't mind as long as I had clean new sheets. Weird how she was left to attend to a 3 story hotel alone.
As we enter the bathroom with toiletries we see a dirt spot on top of toilet it literally looks like someone with a dirty but had sat on top of the toilet with a bare butt!! No lie. I have pictures. Now I'm grossed out. I lift up the lid and have to wipe it down before sitting on it. All down the front looks like urine has dropped down it. Grossss!!! Found hair in sink and shower.
I washed everything down so I could feel like it was clean. We decide to go for a swim and relax and go outside to discover a lock on the gate. We ask lady at the desk and she now tells us it's closed for maintenance until next year. No me too. On their website or from the front desk. Was very disappointed since this wàs part of the criteria for picking this hotel especially for the cost. Very disappointed with this hotel and it's cleanliness and lack of communication.
Don't recommend at all.
