I travel a lot and often with my small dog. The room was ok when we first arrived, beds clean, bathroom clean but when getting set up at the desk...chair was wet. It wreaked of urine. I notified front desk and immediately got chair swapped out.

The days in back home aren't at all impressing but this one was well worth the stay. Bed slept good, the room with the jacuzzi was well put together and clean. It was easy to hear what was going on in the halls though.

It started with check in, my reservation couldn’t be found! They charged a different price than what was quoted! The room was smoking instead of non, they have flying roaches! The owners are rude!!!!!

We had blocked rooms, booked weeks to months in advance and the mistakes were not only numerous, but repeatedly remained uncorrected despite multiple calls. Rooms that were supposed to adjoin, on separate floors. Rooms that were supposed to have cribs, didn’t. Nobody monitored the continental breakfast and allowed the hot food to run out before 8am

Very clean, comfortable, quiet room. The air conditioner did not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably, but I am sure I will stay here again. The location is very good. Close to everything I needed to get to.
