We had blocked rooms, booked weeks to months in advance and the mistakes were not only numerous, but repeatedly remained uncorrected despite multiple calls. Rooms that were supposed to adjoin, on separate floors. Rooms that were supposed to have cribs, didn’t. Nobody monitored the continental breakfast and allowed the hot food to run out before 8am

Very clean, comfortable, quiet room. The air conditioner did not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably, but I am sure I will stay here again. The location is very good. Close to everything I needed to get to.

I have been in the Augusta area 3 times over the last 6 months, and several more time in the months to come... This Days Inn & Suites is by far one of the best I have ever stayed at... Easy access to the interstate, plenty of good restaurants, a SAFE well lit location and parking area... The Owner and the staff have always been very courteous and helpful... The rooms have always been neat and clean upon arrival... I am a value conscious traveler, and this hotel is a very good value... There are no compromises made in taking care of the guests, while at the same time they keep the room rates very reasonable... This has become my preferred hotel in the area when my tournament schedule takes me to the Augusta, GA area... jcc

If you are searching for a clean no-frills place to sleep, then you might want to consider this hotel. For the most part, our room was clean. We did ask that our bed spread be changed, and the management complied immediately.
The towels are a little skimpy. Breakfast is in a dark alcove across from the check-in desk. We opted to have breakfast at the Cracker Barrel across the street.
The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. There were plenty of pillows. If you, like us, are just looking for a clean place to sleep, then I recommend it. If you want more frills and modern luxurious amenities, then look elsewhere.

Nice and clean. Friendly clerk at desk. Outside nice and clean. Convenient to several nice eating places in all price ranges. We did not need it, but our room was handicapped equipped. If that is what you need, it had all the things you would need.
