Positives were a nice kitchen; 2 bathrooms - one with long vanity and nice, large shower; view of the sea; and mostly nice, helpful staff, especially Juan, and also the property manager for our unit. Location was close - about 1 1/2 blocks - to the pedestrian only walkway that ran the length of the beach, and was lined with small shops, restaurants, vendors, and some hotels.
Negatives - major downside was that the Commodore Club has a disco across the street, an open air disco on one side next door, and an open air restaurant that played music on the other side. Music played loudly from all of these until 4:00 AM every day except for one, the week we were there. This street was also closest parking to the beach, so much traffic, mostly motorcycles, so much revving and noise. Because of the discos and parking, people just hung out on the sidewalks here, so very noisy. Impossible to sleep until after 4:00 am!
The living area did not have AC, but with windows open, breezes kept it comfortable, but noisy. The BRs each had AC, but was a bit noisy. The WiFi at times was slow.
The main BR had just a double bed. The other BR was long and narrow with two single beds - an armoir with shelves, but no place to hang clothes.
Very very nice apartment clean and at less 1 minute by walk from the beach and at the restaurants etc.
