Very disappointing stay. The shower leaked Water onto the floor. The bar and restaurant charged us a 20% gratuity without notifying us before hand. The bartender was worth it but not the waiter. The waiter hid after we told him the $48 steak ala cart was over cooked. One end was black from being burned. For a side salad and side veggies it was an extra $24. The salad was good but the veggies were overcooked. The food came out Luke warm 45 minutes after we ordered. The Galley was not busy either. The waiter did show back up to clear the table and give us the bill. He never said sorry. We told the bartender about it and she apologized and offered us a free desert. Not all was bad. Besides the bartender the front desk staff was very friendly and the parking attendants were as well.

Took a much needed break from every day schedules and decided to book at this Hilton due to the location. I loved how easy it was to walk across the street to City Place but truly felt as if Hilton WPB ended up offering everything I wanted on site. Their restaurant was perfect for outside dining during the beautiful evening, the staff was friendly and my room was clean & spacious. Being able to take advantage of digital key service and mobile messaging made my stay feel covid safe and easy! Don’t forget to grab a cup of coffee and go poolside for a truly tranquil afternoon!

Very clean. Felt completely safe with the programs to mitigate the spread of Covid. Nice staff and convenient location to city place and airport. Quick walk to view the inter coastal. I highly recommend this hotel.
