It's more than "food" - it starts with the smoker on the corner of Dale Mabry & El Prado belching out the "smell." It's the black cinder block building, concrete floors, Formica top tables. It's the staff - friendly, efficient, and call you "honey" the first time you walk in. Then there's the food, pulled pork and my favorite - ribs. Always order the sauce on the side - so you can enjoy the smoky meat "au natural" then kick it up with the sauce. This is not "fine dining" rather "great experience" involving BBQ.
