This place started out great... I had no issues with any of the staff until the general manager ... I have a puppy who is a registered service dog.. he is still going through behavioural training.. he is a diabetic alert service dog but he is a pit breed which makes him playful.. general manager started charging me pet fee a whole weekend till she came in Sunday.. she was rude and told me I was lying he is not a service dog because he had a small uncontrollable accident in hall.. they had us on 3ed floor slow elevator he couldn't help it.. we cleaned it immediately.. said because he greeted a staff at desk he was not service.. she had his registration emailed to her email day I checked in and claimed she never got it.. she started harassing us and making everything a problem.. our suite 312 all of a sudden was not available but nobody checked in so I seen it back online tried to book it and all of a sudden it wasn't there again and nobody moved in it... I tried to move in a double deluxe which was available online even paid for it but all of a sudden it was not available... she stalked my sister's room claiming too much in and out .. didnt realize we was restricted on guest or going in and out.. we smoke cigarettes we have to go outside to smoke.. then today she would not let me extended my rooms with no reason given... this is a judgemental lady rude and bad people skills... I'm very unhappy about my stay and service and would appreciate some kind of apology or something for the level of disrespect I was given at this hotel..
