Ty in the valet is amazing. He met all of our needs brought our stuff to the room. I recommend him to everyone 🏀Ty you’re the best. The hotel is beautiful and clean and our cookie is yummy and 🏀Ty made us feel very welcome We are excited for our stay and will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful amazing hotel. Hopefully Ty is still working here when we come back.

Ty was amazing, was the best valet I have ever had. Brought all of my luggage to the room and gave me some awesome recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Hotel was beautiful and reached every expectation. Would recommend to friends and family!!!

Oh my… where to begin… musty, old,weird decor… lobby was highly scented as if to cover an odor. As I made my way to my room, the musty odor was high. Went into my room… bed looked lumpy, attention to detail especially in the bathroom was not there. It felt dirty and old. I immediately went to the front desk and asked them to cancel my reservation. Agent offered a different room.. checked it out… same impression. Asked for a cancellation which was honored. Thankful for their understanding and accommodation to my request. I cannot believe that anyone stays there… went to my standby hotel, the Drury, where it’s quiet, clean, and wonderful!
