This is not the worst hotel in Tallahassee. It is the worst hotel in America. First, let me just say that I am a Diamond Member and almost exclusively stay in Hiltons. From the start the hotel did not acknowledge or offer anything for Diamond status. I had to ask what the breakfast or food credit was. Then once they told me, I discovered that the only place you could spend the credit was closed for a private event for the first day. Next I woke up to truly the worst breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. It was cold, old and little to no choices. Next, the room is dated and has a moldy smell. The bathroom shower is rusted and has peeling paint. Finally, my favorite part of the stay is that during my 4 nights, not once was my room made up. After the first day, I asked if someone can please at least come the second day. I was told they would. They did not. On the 3rd day I let them know that nobody showed and they apologized and said someone would go right away. That never happened nor did anyone come the 4th day despite me pleading for someone to clean the room. I had two rooms for 4 nights and spent a grand total of $4,000 and could not even get my room cleaned once. I will never stay here again, and neither should you.

Disappointed in rude front desk staff, cheap decor, on-site restaurant with bland food, dim lighting in guest room, and high rates for this particular hotel. Will not be staying at the Doubletree again.

Alex Ware was an amazing valet and did a tremendous job! I love this Hilton property and it’s nearness to local favorites. I love Tallahassee and all that it has to offer. I cannot wait to come back and visit here again for business.
