We did NOT enjoy our two nights stay at this Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol Property. For two nights in a row the staff provided us wrong room accommodations already occupied by other guess. Seems that hotel-staff don't care about customers or they don't know how to use their systems. Or hotel employees needs education on how to use their systems. This was a SECURITY issue created by hotel personnel, imaging the situation complaining every night at our hotel arrival with the front desk staff that room keys and room number provided by them in two consecutive days were WRONG, also what we field, physically and mentally and emotionally as guess opening the door with room provided keys and finding an occupied room, my good this was unacceptable. Management of this site I formally request a FULL REFUND, I want my money back ... awkward, horrible experience, I don't recommend this Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol location to anyone

Bed was comfortable & nice hot bath. Carpets were super dirty. Door sticks & you need to shove it to open. Super loud all thru hall. Waited for a blow dryer for over an hour (called 3x & even went down to try to get one). They wanted us out do finally brought one.

The room was clean, and we were advised that our room was newly remodeled. There were some constructive flaws on the bathroom light switch and wall and ceiling in the room.
The front desk staff had no welcome greeting when we arrived. just asked what my name was. No good morning, or have a nice day during our 4 night stay. Front desk only spoke to you if you initiated the conversation.
The daily breakfast was good, with plenty of choices and well stocked.
