Needed more towels, not enough provided.
Comfortable sleeping but some stains on sheets.
Painting and upgrades to premises would be an improvement.
Desk reception people were excellent, friendly, patient, and helpful!!!

Review of Casa Bella Inn And Suites

One bed was not clean as we found several long black hairs underneath the bed sheet. I called room serivce and within 5-10 minutes house keeping changed linen and bed sheet. The bad was clean however the toilet seat was loose that you sliped off the toilet. We fixed it by ourselves.
The floor was a mess as the motel allows peds and it seems difficult to house keeping to keep the floors clean. Our shoe soles were covered with a massive layer of hairs in just two nights. Avoid the doormat. It is a nightmare.
As other guests wrote in their reviews already the staff is very friendly and helpful but it seems they are not able to handle general cleaning issues for any reasons.
We stayed at the very back side of the motel which is in general very calm. However it seems that the room next door were used by a lady offering night services to male customers.
We can not recommend this hotel for staying with the family

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. We aren't even in the room yet. Check in was supposed to be at 3. We showed up a little early and were told the rooms would be ready around 3:15. Came back at 3:30, the rooms still aren't ready. We tried again at 4:30, room still isn't ready. We called Priceline to cancel, they called the front desk and were told our room was getting set up right then. That was an hour and a half ago. The room still isn't ready. So, we have been waiting for our room for 3 hours. There has been no reason as to why it's taking so long. This is unacceptable.

The employees were great. Jonathan, Preston, Kristyn, Monicia, Alexis, Robin, Natalia, Patrice, Mike & Erica each went above and beyond to treat me very well as a guest. Whoever did the hiring assembled a good team. Enjoyed the pool as well.

Great location that was close to the mall and alot of awesome food options. Great hot water in the shower. Nice pool. Mrs Alexiss was a wonderful host. Nice hot breakfast. We are very surprised for the low price of it.
Room tip: Extra pillows are a good idea. The pool was nice and quiet when we went. CMX movie theatre nearby was soooo amazing. already planned trip
