We checked in Thursday sept 28 late around 11 pm. The woman at the desk was not friendly at all. I booked a room that had a queen bed and a pull out couch. I called two days before just to make sure that all couches were pull outs and she said just let them know when you check in . I asked her if the couch was a pull out and she said no the room that you have is a little miniature couch and a double bed, I informed her there were three of us and she said they were sold out and she didn’t seem to care I had to sleep on the floor. I informed her that I guess I will be sleeping on the little couch, and if she had an extra pillow and bed sheets, she said housekeeping doesn’t arrive till tomorrow morning and just had of me one bed sheet, I was extremely disappointed as I stayed here last year and it was excellent
On the positive in the breakfast was excellent and the location on the lake was excellent

We stayed just just one night but this hotel is probable the nicest cleaners hotel we've ever stayed at.
The staff are all very professional and helpful, the room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was good too.
Our suite had a separate bedroom which we've never experienced before.
I can highly recommend this hotel

Would stay here anytime for a stopover in Tallahassee! Clean, eco-friendly, friendly staff, comfortable beds/rooms and great amenities like the bar, outside seating overlooking water and breakfast. All at a great rate.
