First and last time we stay here! People at front desk nothing friendly, the restroom horrible!
No worth it, the sofa bed linings were terribly dirty, I. The front desk they don’t seem to care,
The entrance in the front desk is not nice all the opposite looks dirty
Absolutely the best hotel to stay in for the money. Hotel, grounds, staff, and complimentary offers are unbelievable. We arrived on a night where they offered free food and drinks from five thirty until seven.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. They were so nice when we came in late as we were evacuating from a hurricane. They made sure our furbabies were alright, and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel has a nice social hour with delicious food and beer or wine. The breakfast was also delicious! The hotel has a nice pond behind it, and it was one of the best places I have ever stayed.
This place could be so nice with some changes.

1) not clean enough
2) needs updating - tired decor and furniture
I hope they address housekeeping because this hotel could be wonderful.

As a retired couple who spend 120+ nights a year in Marriott and Hilton hotels — this Staybridge visit was a first in over 6 years thanks to the IHG Status Match Promotion. And all I can say is… Hello, Staybridge — goodbye, Homewood! What an absolutely fantastic hotel this is in every possible aspect. Let’s start with the best: food! The Evening Social was quite a spread: hot meatball subs, salads with all the fixings, best sugar cookies known to man. Breakfast: hot scrambled egg pockets, hash browns, sliced tomatoes, yogurts, delicious bagels and really good self-serve coffee. The fitness room has free weights, mats, and a Universal. Laundry room has 4 washers/4 dryer and all free! The business center is up and running and there’s a daily USA Today newspaper for those who know how to navigate through fake news. The outdoor pool is surrounded by beautiful walking grounds and a man-made lake with a viewing stand. We are truly spoiled for our next try at a Staybridge (unless of course all this wonderfulness is standard for the brand).
