Super nice place! Set off the road on a lake, nice staff, at the Socials during the week, it’s a full meal with free beer and wine. Breakfast is the usual, very good. We travel 100% so we always get a hotel with a fridge. The suites are roomy. I would highly recommend!
I travel a lot for business and I have to say this has been the best experience!! The hotel is beautiful! There is a lake with a dock in the back that is wonderful for relaxing after work. They have breakfast in the morning with a super sweet attendant that makes sure protocols are followed and that everything is clean! My room was extremely spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can attest to the wonderful property, but the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating! Super friendly staff! I am looking forward to going back today and being able to stay where I can relax!
Large room, large closet, full kitchen, very comfortable bed & soft sheets. Air conditioner working well-nice cold night of perfect sleep. Beautiful setting in large lake with lots of outdoor seating. Love the new Lobby Bar!! When you call maintenance they are there pronto! ( shower control needed adjusting) The Managers are very friendly & interact with guests. Lobby area is small, but had plenty of tables & couches, TV on wall for games.
Would be perfect with a larger pool, appetizer menu at bar, Starbucks at bar, & a few interesting food items at breakfast.
Fabulous hotel!
First off, when we arrived and parked up front in the handicap spot, got out and almost stepped on a big dog turd. Got to the room, the floors were super sticky. Under the kitchen counter was filthy. Dirty bowls were in the microwave, along with a dirty microwave. We had 2 toddlers, so attempted to turn on the TV to keep them busy while we cleaned. It didn't worked. We called and they stated that the cable is out and they will be here tomorrow to fix it. Two toddlers and no TV....🤨 The most uncomfortable place I've ever stayed, especially with the pandemic. They need to take more pride in cleaning for safety reasons.
I’ve stayed at this hotel for about 4 months for business. I absolutely loved my stay, when I leave home for work I want a place that feels like home and this was it. Thanks to all the crews. Holly at the front desk was amazing and very professional, she helped make my stay the best and I look forward to coming back soon. Absolutely suggest this Hotel and property for anyone that needs to stay in Tallahassee Florida
