Fantastic stay here; saddened it had to be shortened. The entire staff was incredibly kind, including the kind woman who took care of us at breakfast (I feel awful for blanking on her name but she worked the morning of May 17th) and the evening bartender and food service management, Brice and Kima!
The agent who checked us in at the front desk was very professional, helpful and very positive.
He is an asset to your hotel. I don’t remember his name sorry.
He told us about the bbq chicken that was kindly offered to the guests on Tuesday night.
The bed were comfortable and the hotel very clean
I went to four points for a business function at their building bricks and brass. The event space is beautiful. Very clean. Also had a small area out back that is fenced in. Bathrooms were tidy. The bartender that was working, I believe her name was Carrie, was extremely personable and friendly. The other bartender was good too. I can't remember her name. The servers were friendly. The food was great. I'll look at this space for events.
We chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and the proximity to the State Capital and the downtown. Rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable. There is some road noise coming from Tennessee Street. Staff is pleasant enough but could use some training in professionalism. No need to be chatting on their cell phones while customers are in the lobby. We had breakfast and Roxanne looked after us very well. For the price that we paid I would have expected better.

Four Points was very clean and in a great location, close to the capital and FSU's campus. However, during my stay, I witnessed an unsettling incident involving two staff members engaging in inappropriate behavior in a public area before entering a room together. I never got a good look at their name tags, but they appeared to be Hispanic, cannot say for certain. Not coming back here after that incident. Staff need to be taught professionalism in the workplace.
