Four Points was very clean and in a great location, close to the capital and FSU's campus. However, during my stay, I witnessed an unsettling incident involving two staff members engaging in inappropriate behavior in a public area before entering a room together. I never got a good look at their name tags, but they appeared to be Hispanic, cannot say for certain. Not coming back here after that incident. Staff need to be taught professionalism in the workplace.

Nice, comfortable accommodations with a good shower and a nice view of the city. Although we were on the 11th of 12 floors, the noise from Tennessee Street permeated our west-facing room. There was also an intermittent, low frequency hum that I thought might be a result of the elevator operation. If you decide to stay here, you may want to request a room on the north side of the hotel in order to minimize the traffic noise. The employee at the front desk was friendly and quite efficient. He also allowed us to check in an hour early.
The hotel is not bad. The area around it is. We did not feel safe here. Also during the breakfast time a crazy patron insulted the waitress who was very nice, because she was from Pakistan. I know this kind of thing can happen anywhere, but it made us very uncomfortable. Like I said, it’s not a bad hotel but it is not in a good part of town and sons of the people who visit this place are strange. We will not stay here again.

We stayed here overnight so that we could attend a concert at the Donald Tucker Civic Center. What a great location! We were able to walk to & from the civic center. Check in went quickly & smoothly with the sweet young lady working at the check in area. Rooms are nice & clean. Beds are comfortable. Only negative is that traffic can be loud since you are staying next to a very busy road. I brought my sound machine from home which helped drown out the noise. Overall great stay!
AVOID!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!
Booked hotel months in advance to see our son who attends FSU. Several days before our visit, the assistant manager emails us and tells us that we shouldn't have gotten that rate and they were TRIPLING it! My wife sent our confirmation information but they refuse to honor it. Now the manager is avoiding our calls and emails. Find somewhere else to stay so they don't try to scam you too!
