The hotel is not bad. The area around it is. We did not feel safe here. Also during the breakfast time a crazy patron insulted the waitress who was very nice, because she was from Pakistan. I know this kind of thing can happen anywhere, but it made us very uncomfortable. Like I said, it’s not a bad hotel but it is not in a good part of town and sons of the people who visit this place are strange. We will not stay here again.

We stayed here overnight so that we could attend a concert at the Donald Tucker Civic Center. What a great location! We were able to walk to & from the civic center. Check in went quickly & smoothly with the sweet young lady working at the check in area. Rooms are nice & clean. Beds are comfortable. Only negative is that traffic can be loud since you are staying next to a very busy road. I brought my sound machine from home which helped drown out the noise. Overall great stay!

Booked hotel months in advance to see our son who attends FSU. Several days before our visit, the assistant manager emails us and tells us that we shouldn't have gotten that rate and they were TRIPLING it! My wife sent our confirmation information but they refuse to honor it. Now the manager is avoiding our calls and emails. Find somewhere else to stay so they don't try to scam you too!

I love staying at Sheraton 4 Points! Not only is it close to everything I need, the staff always goes out of their way to meet all my needs. During this stay, I had the opportunity to meet the fantastic bartender, Griffin, who is friendly, professional, and wonderfully adept at his job! Additionally, Destiny took amazing care of cleaning my room. I am extremely happy with this stay. The cheerful, helpful staff really make the difference. Will definitely be back!
