Stayed out of necessity due to car breaking down. Hotel looks new on the outside but it’s just a facelift. Room smelled musty, curtains pulled loose off the rod, shower head broken, and shower leaked bad. Staff was moderately friendly. Breakfast was average. It was very quiet at night though. The mattress was terrible. It’s just an old spring mattress. No mattress cover so make sure to check for bedbugs.

As for the brand, Springhill Suites, the newer one across town has completely different mattresses. I wish they were consistent across locations.

I've stayed here several times and has always been pleased. This last time was not the case Dawn was very unprofessional and not at all knowledgeable of her job. She did not explain anything regarding breakfast or wifi and refused communication when asked about the manager. Her displeasing attitude will definitely not bring back customers.

Enjoyed our quick, overnight stay. We needed a room for an event at FSU so we didn’t have to drive home (2+ hours) later in the night. The room was clean and roomy; I almost wished we were staying longer! The free breakfast offered options for everyone; thank you for the variety! We will stay again you can count on that!!
