I was surprise once I got there that the hotel was just across the street from the University. I was there for a clinic over a weekend.
My room was 2 Queen bed and was bigger than most rooms I've been in
Pillows are very very soft and we were able to hear the people who were in the room next to us. We were in the last room on the hall. We never stayed in the room very long as we were out walking around Florida State University or the local area or at the conference .
The breakfast bar is included in the stay. Was better than a continental breakfast bar offered my a number of hotels. I had just went to another conference a few day before staying here and and had to pay $12.95 for a hot breakfast but that breakfast was worth it. This Holiday Inn bar had scrambled eggs, chicken and pork saugage, biscuit and gravy, 3 types of small muffins, 3 cereals, orange juice, different bread for toast, coffee
I paid $107.35 for room but additional $8.05 state tax of 7.5% then 5% state tax of $5.37 for a total of $120.77. I stayed 2 nights.
I was very please with my selection of hotel. There was 2 other hotels right in the area but I think the Holiday Inn Express was best selection.
Oh they do have an outdoor pool and parking is free
