EXCELLENT!!! The service at the Aloft Tallahassee was exceptional. It was wonderful to stay at a place that values customer service. Our stay started off terrific from the moment we arrived. Upon entering, we were greeted with smiles, we were offered refreshments and we were graciously allowed to check-in early. Throughout our stay, every staff member went out of their way to meet us, greet us and to ask about our stay. Nevertheless, the most remarkable staff member we met was the GM Devon Baker. He was hand at every turn to address any of our needs and concern. We had a problem with our bathroom door, he was there to oversee the repair. Our TV had a connectivity issue, he stopped by our room to ensure it being addressed. We had questions about restaurant reservations during one of the Tallahassee’s busiest weeks of the year (it was graduation week at FSU), Devon had answers and recommendations. Kudos to the hiring team that scooped him up and to the management person that promoted him to GM. Devon went out of his way to make our stay remarkable. His hospitality skills are an admirable asset to this brand and reminded me of why I stick to this hotel brand when I travel.
